After almost 25 years of litigating cases throughout Southern California, I decided to focus my career on my passion of resolving disputes and bringing people together. Throughout my career, I had a natural instinct to engage with opposing counsel and explore opportunities for settlement and cooperation. It was through my experience as both a strong advocate and a facilitator of open dialogue, that I recognized my ability to effectively communicate in positive and cooperative ways.

I have litigated cases on both the defense and the plaintiff sides, which gives me a good perspective of the issues, the motivations, and the needs for all parties. I have significant experience in a variety of areas of the law that enhance my ability to not only understand complex legal issues, but to provide additional insights that often aid the parties in coming to a resolution. I have substantial experience with premises liability, product liability, transportation, automobile accidents, bad faith and insurance litigation, sexual abuse cases, accessibility cases, construction defects, construction litigation and contractual disputes.
